Respondents should use the below form to submit their proposal. Each submission package must include a project narrative, a primary offer form, a signed campaign contribution disclosure form, and a signed non-reliance letter. PPA offers must also include a PPA term sheet. Respondents may also choose to include an alternative offer form, signed confidentiality agreement, audited financial statements, and any additional supporting documents. An automatic email will be sent out to confirm the receipt of the submission package. Submissions are due on July 2, 2024 at 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
Note: If Respondent wishes to submit multiple unique facilities (at different locations) or multiple products (renewable generation and renewable generation plus storage), each project or product must be submitted as an entirely new submission package including all necessary documents.
